By using HUD AI, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

HUD AI is designed to operate locally on your device by default. This means:

• HUD does not send your screen data, screenshots, clipboard, or browsing activity to our servers unless you explicitly enable that option.
• HUD does not retain or store your screen content without your affirmative, opt-in consent.

We may collect:

• Account information (e.g., name, email address, password hash)
• Communication preferences
• Optional information you choose to provide (e.g., feedback submissions)

If you explicitly opt-in, HUD may collect limited data such as:

• Screenshots or text excerpts for model improvement

This collection is never enabled by default, and you may revoke consent at any time.
